FRIDAY EVENING
ENTERTAINMENT

7:00 PM ~ Music featuring
Same Ole' 2 Step with Lil' Guyland

Friday evening we are thrilled to feature Same Ole' 2 Step, a high-energy zydeco band from Louisiana. Zydeco is a blend of French dance melodies with elements of Caribbean and Blues music. Expect a very danceable blend of original compositions and classic zydeco tunes from this dynamic group. Joining the band will be Lil' Guyland, an eight year old musical prodigy who can play over 100 songs on the accordion. Described as a musical genius, Lil' Guyland was recently featured in an HBO special on child prodigies.

Music only tickets are $8.00 each.

7:00 PM ~ Music featuring Steppin' In It

We are pleased to offer entertainment on Saturday evening by Steppin' In It, a Lansing-based band with an enormous following across Michigan and beyond. Celebrating American roots music, Steppin' In it is an acoustic quartet with hearts based in tradition and minds ever moving in creative directions. The combination of multi-instrumentalists Andy and Joe Wilson, upright bassist Dominic Suchyta, and singer-songwriter Joshua Davis is a rootsy roller coaster ride of original and traditional music. Playing everything from blues to bluegrass, calypso to Cajun, woeful waltzes to western swing. Steppin' In It has become one of Michigan's most sought after live acts.

Combining originals and traditionals, old-time music with swing and blues, Michigan's Steppin' In It play some of the liveliest and most rocking acoustic roots music around.
