193 CR 550
Marquette MI 49855

Our system is full solar (off the grid) system with an approximately 2200 watt panel system into a 16 battery / 48 volt battery pack. Each battery is a solar purposed 6 volt battery and there are two rows of eight fun in parallel to give us 48 volts of juice. The system is backed by a propane generator but has been used extremely little, only in the months of November to March, and even then very sparingly.  The house uses mostly electric appliances with the exception of a gas oven and hot water tank.  We heat with wood, but the rest, including an electric invisible fence, stereo and computer systems, tv, etc is all off of the battery supply.

Directions
Left on Goldmine Road off of the Big Bay Road (county Road 550).  This turn is approximately 10 miles north of the sugar loaf parking lot.
Once the left on goldmine is taken, we are 2 miles down the dirt road with a left at the open field where a sign stands that says "goodreau" and then a quick right.  Succinctly said, we are the only home you can see from goldmine road.
The address is 193 CR 550, however an internet search for that address will not get you to our house, so the above directions are best.
